We powder coat a large spectrum of products at Prism Powder Coating. We are well known in the New England area for our
show winning powder coating of Harley Davidson Motorcycle engines and parts. We do many famous peoples Harley Davidsons, and had many of our bikes featured in magazines. But, we just don't do Harley's we do all kinds of motorcycle parts. And they don't need to be show winners to powder coat!
We are also well known for our show winning finishes that we provide to our automotive enthusiast
as well. From a daily driven street car, to the hitch on the back of a pickup truck, to a full or partial restoration of a classic to a full
blown show piece, we can do them all.
We have developed our coatings
for tough marine application and have been providing "class A" finishes for many of our marine manufacturers as well as the United States Coast Guard. We also
provide coatings for many underwater research
companies. This process has shown excellent wear and tear in and around tough environments. We powder coat O.E.M products,
Fabricated parts, Architectural products, Trade show displays, Fencing (ornamental and industrial), Railings, Farm and Agricultural equipment, Museum displays and products, Awning frames, Fabricated aluminum
and steel truck racks, Cable spools, Piping, Patio furniture, and government products. We helped to develop a powder coating solution for a medium sized Boston based company that
produces interior and exterior ornamental hardware. This company needed a coating that would allow their product to retain a natural look, but offer rust and corrosion protection and impact
resistance. Prism Powder Coating provided the solution.
We also powder coat Automotive chassis
parts for a local manufacturer, and Race car chassis for a large local builder and many more products.
We have the capabilities to refinish Powder Coating jobs that may be old and worn or
of poor quality. Many previous painted products are good candidates for powder coating as long as the old finish has been removed by sand blasting to white metal.
