Plant Locations: 6 separate plants in Anaheim, CA

Facilities: Five conveyorized powder coating lines and one batch line. Walk-in blasting room, complete stripping and deburring available in the 65,000 sq. ft. complex. 3,600 sq. ft. training facility completed in 1996.

Substrates: General Metals, wood, and glass composites.

Pretreatment: Abrasive blast with various media. Four-stage iron phosphate pretreatment. Chem-film pretreatment for aluminum available.

Coatings Application: Electrostatic corona and tribo application of epoxies, polyester, polyurethane, hybrids, Teflon ®, Kynar ®, EAA and EMAA acrylic and nylon. Decorative and functional application in thick and thin film finishes.

Curing System: Six convection ovens. Optional gas-fired IR boost for special applications.

• Blast room, 24' x 8' x 10'
• Plant #1, 8' x 6' x 8' conveyorized, 12'/minute max.
• Plant #2, 1' x 1.5' x 2' conveyorized, 16'/minute max.
